# **Aspire Hong Kong Referral Customers Cash Reward Promotion**

# **Terms & Conditions**

1. To qualify for this Aspire Hong Kong Referral Customers Cash Reward Promotion (“**Promotion**”), Aspire customers must meet all of the following criteria (such Aspire customers, “**Eligible Customers**”): 
     1. Use the referral link provided by Aspire’s affiliate partners
     2. is incorporated in any of the following countries stipulated [here](https://help.aspireapp.com/en/articles/9239713-what-countries-does-aspire-support); and
     3. Has never previously maintained an Aspire account.
   
   
   # **Promotion Mechanics**
2. Eligible Customers will be entitled to a HKD$1500 cash reward (the “**Reward**”) upon successful account opening and making a minimum cash transfer of HKD$6000 into their Aspire account, within 30 days from the date of account opening (the “**Requirements**”).
3. Payout of Rewards is conditional upon the Client maintaining the Minimum Qualifying Balance in the Account for a continuous minimum holding period of two (2) months from \[the date the Minimum Qualifying Balance is first met \]. Rewards will be disbursed within **10** business days following satisfactory completion of the holding period, subject to the Client's continued compliance with these Terms. 
4. To receive the Reward, the Eligible Customer’s Aspire account must remain active and in good standing at the time of crediting.
   
   **General**
5. This Promotion is exclusive and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, incentives or partnership offers.
6. Aspire may, at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion, terminate, or withdraw the Promotion and/or amend any of these Promotion Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to varying the promotional mechanics under this Promotion) without prior notice or reason, and all Eligible Customers who participate or are participating in the Promotion shall be bound by such amendments.
7. Aspire reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to determine all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including whether an Aspire customer qualifies for the Reward, and Aspire’s decision shall be final and no appeal will be entertained.
8. Aspire reserves the right to ban or exclude an Eligible Customer from this Promotion if any fraudulent or suspicious activities are detected.
9. In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to this Promotion, these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
10. These Promotion Terms and Conditions are to be read together with the Master Services Agreement, the relevant Product Schedule(s), Aspire’s Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between the Promotion Terms and Conditions and the other terms mentioned, the Promotion Terms and Conditions will prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency.
11. Save for any member of the Aspire Group, any person who is not a party to these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
12. These Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and each Eligible Customer qualified for this Promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
