1. SPONSOR

The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is AFT US LLC, d/b/a Aspire ("Aspire" or "Sponsor"), headquartered at 2 Embarcadero Ctr, San Francisco, CA 94111, United States. The Sweepstakes is administered by Aspire.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Aspire (AFT US LLC), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons are not eligible to participate or win.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on June 3, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on June 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT) (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's timekeeping device shall be the official clock for all purposes of this Sweepstakes. Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.

4. HOW TO ENTER

All participants must do the social media post and additional entries will be rewarded if account signup is completed.

Social Media Post (1 Entry)

Post on a public social media account (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, or Facebook) in accordance with the guidelines shared by Aspire via email or on Aspire's official LinkedIn page.

Your post must:

• Follow the content guidelines communicated by Aspire for the campaign;
• Be publicly visible at the time of the drawing;
• Tag the applicable official Aspire handle for the platform- @AspireApp); and
• Include the required campaign hashtag(s) disclosed in the content guidelines (e.g.,“#sweepstakes” or as otherwise instructed by Aspire).

One (1) entry will be awarded per qualifying post. Each person is permitted one (1) qualifying social media post entry for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Posts that are not publicly visible, do not include the required tag(s) and hashtag(s), or otherwise fail to follow the content guidelines may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

Sign up for a new, free Aspire business account at aspireapp.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Signing up for an Aspire account is free of charge and does not require any purchase or payment. 1 additional entry will be awarded upon successful completion of account registration. Individuals who already have an existing Aspire account prior to the start of the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible for this additional entry method.

Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – No Account Required (up to 2 Entries)

To receive entries without opening an Aspire account, you may enter via the following free alternative method:

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://clt5p.share.hsforms.com/2gt7xOr2SSWeQuii9PR8jXQ and complete the online AMOE entry form by providing your full name, valid email address, state of residence, and any other information requested on the form. Follow the on‑screen instructions to submit the form.

Each complete and valid AMOE form submission will earn one (1) entry, up to a maximum of two (2) AMOE entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period. AMOE entries will be treated the same as entries received via the Account Sign‑Up method for purposes of determining the odds of winning.

Maximum Entries: An individual who completes both entry methods may receive a total of four (4) entries. No person may receive more than four (4) entries regardless of the number of accounts, email addresses, or social media profiles used.

General Entry Conditions

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, are void. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize: An entertainment package valued at approximately $1,200 USD, consisting of two (2) tickets to a major international soccer match to be held in San Francisco, California in 2026.. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,200 USD.

Prize details, including the specific match, seat locations, and ticket delivery method, will be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other expenses related to prize acceptance and use not expressly described herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 or other tax documentation prior to receiving the prize.

6. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about June 18, 2026. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

• The potential winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used for entry and/or via the email address associated with the entrant's Aspire account or social media profile, within five (5) business days of the drawing. Aspire shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notification due to spam filters, junk email settings, or incorrect or non-functioning contact information.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, declines the prize, or fails to return required documentation within the specified time, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion.

9. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, by entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of their name, social media handle, city and state of residence, photograph, voice, and/or likeness by Sponsor for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

10. RIGHTS GRANTED BY ENTRANT

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute the entrant's qualifying social media post and any content contained therein for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, without additional compensation or consent, to the extent permissible under applicable law and the terms of the applicable social media platform.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS & RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify this Sweepstakes in whole or in part at any time, with or without notice, if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that the Sweepstakes has been compromised by virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who: (i) tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process; (ii) acts in a disruptive manner; (iii) uses fraudulent means or multiple identities to enter; or (iv) otherwise violates these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All interpretations of these Official Rules and all decisions made by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any of the following: (a) stolen, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible entries, Sweepstakes-related correspondence or any technical, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human and/or mechanical intervention; (e) viruses or mechanical malfunctions; (g) errors, typos, or misprints in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or (h) lost or unavailable network connections.

Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims, actions, injury, loss, or damage of any kind, including but not limited to, personal injury or death, resulting, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participating in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of a Prize (including any travel/activity related thereto). This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income or profit; loss or damage to property; and claims of third parties.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE, WITHOUT REFERENCE TO DELAWARE'S CHOICE OF LAW RULES. As a condition of participating, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
