Aspire Singapore Free Xero Plan Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
This offer is only valid for new Aspire users who sign up and activate their Aspire account between 21 January 2025 and 28 February 2025(Promotion period).
The new Aspire customer is eligible to be reimbursed the cost of their Xero subscription, when the new Aspire customer fulfills the conditions of the offer, detailed below.
New Aspire customer must not be a Sole Proprietorship.
2. Eligibility
Here’s what you need to do to be eligible for the promotion payout:
You must sign up with promo code "FREEXERO" and activate your Aspire account between 21 January 2025 and 28 February 2025.
The new Aspire customer should not already be registered on Aspire before the start of the promotion period.
Make a purchase of a Xero plan in January and/or February 2025 using an Aspire card. (If you have signed up for Xero in February 2025, you will only receive reimbursement for the month of February onwards, for 12 months. If you have signed up for Xero in January 2025, you will receive reimbursement for the month of January onwards, for 12 months.) Reimbursement will be credited into your Aspire account on the 31st of the next month.
You MUST use an Aspire card to make payment to Xero in order to be eligible for reimbursement. Failure to use Aspire card to make payment will result in non-eligibility for the promotion payout.
If you cancel your Xero subscription at any time, you will no longer receive reimbursement.
You will no longer receive reimbursement once your Aspire account is closed.
3. How much will be reimbursed?
You have the option of either purchasing either Xero's Starter, Standard or Premium Plan, and we will reimburse you the cost of it, to your Aspire account.
Aspire will only reimburse the cost of Xero Starter, Standard or Premium plan. Xero plans' add-ons are not eligible for reimbursement.
Every new Aspire customer is only eligible to be reimbursed for 1 Xero subscription.
Reimbursement will only be done when purchase of Xero plan is done from January 2025 onwards.
Reimbursement will be made on a monthly basis, to your Aspire account. You will be reimbursed the next month from the month you made your Xero plan purchase.
4. Reward Payout Schedule
Get your reimbursement when you have met the eligibility criteria.
Reimbursement will be credited into your Aspire account on the 31st of the next month. (For example, if you signed up for Xero in January, you will receive the first reimbursement for January by 28th February. If you signed up for Xero in February, you will receive the reimbursement for February, by 31st March.
On 31st April, you will receive reimbursement for the month of March, and so on.
If you do not receive your reimbursement, please reach out to support@aspireapp.com and we'll help you sort out the issue.
6. What’s Unacceptable
We like to keep our terms & conditions simple so that everyone can understand. In doing so, we trust that users will not misuse the offer. We do, however, continue to monitor misuse. Some examples of misuse could include:
Creating multiple accounts to make multiple offers available. Not cool. 🤦🏻♂️
Creating multiple accounts to re-avail the same offer twice. Not done.🙈
The above list is by no means comprehensive. But you get the hint. In general, be nice and respect the spirit of the offer. This will help make the offer a win-win and help you make the most of Aspire too.

7. Legal Stuff
We have to put this in here, otherwise, our legal team will take offense. They’re scary 👹. We obey.
Aspire reserves the right to deduct, withdraw or cancel any cashback awarded to you (including by deducting the cashback from your Aspire account) without liability in the event the cashback was credited to your Aspire account erroneously, or if it was later found that any of the eligibility criteria had not been satisfied. You will not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever in respect of such deduction, withdrawal or cancellation.
Aspire’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
Aspire will not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the posting of any sales transaction that may result in the customer failing to qualify for the promotion.
Aspire may vary these Terms and Conditions or suspend or terminate the Promotion without any notice or liability to any party.
All Cardmembers consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to Aspire and such other third party as Aspire may reasonably consider necessary for the purpose of the Promotion, and confirm that they agree to be bound by the terms of the Aspire Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found on https://aspireapp.com/privacy-policy.
