Terms & Conditions

1. To qualify for this Aspire Singapore Referral Customers Cash Reward Promotion (“Promotion”), Aspire customers must meet all of the following criteria (such Aspire customers, “Eligible Customers”):
   1. Use the referral link provided by Aspire’s affiliate partners
   2. is incorporated in any of the following countries stipulated here; and
   3. Has never previously maintained an Aspire account.
      
   
   

   Promotion Mechanics
   

2. Eligible Customers will be entitled to a S$200 cash reward (the “Reward”) upon successful account opening and a minimum deposit of S$1000, within 30 days from the date of account opening (the “Requirements”).
3. The Reward will be credited to the Eligible Customer’s Aspire account in the following month after the Eligible Customer fulfils the Requirements.
4. To receive the Reward, the Eligible Customer’s Aspire account must remain active, in good standing at the time of crediting and holding the deposit for a minimum of 60 days.
   
   General
5. This Promotion is exclusive and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, incentives or partnership offers.
6. Aspire may, at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion, terminate, or withdraw the Promotion and/or amend any of these Promotion Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to varying the promotional mechanics under this Promotion) without prior notice or reason, and all Eligible Customers who participate or are participating in the Promotion shall be bound by such amendments.
7. Aspire reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to determine all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including whether an Aspire customer qualifies for the Reward, and Aspire’s decision shall be final and no appeal will be entertained.
8. Aspire reserves the right to ban or exclude an Eligible Customer from this Promotion if any fraudulent or suspicious activities are detected.
9. In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to this Promotion, these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
10. These Promotion Terms and Conditions are to be read together with the Master Services Agreement, the relevant Product Schedule(s), Aspire’s Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between the Promotion Terms and Conditions and the other terms mentioned, the Promotion Terms and Conditions will prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency.
11. Save for any member of the Aspire Group, any person who is not a party to these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
12. These Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and each Eligible Customer qualified for this Promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
