Terms and Conditions of the Campaign

“Hong Kong US$999 Cashback”

 

These terms and conditions (The “Terms and Conditions”) govern the participation in the Campaign (as defined below) of AFT HK Limited (“Aspire”). By participating in the Campaign and receiving the Cashback (as defined below), all customers are deemed to have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. Introduction

    • “Hong Kong US$999 Cashback” (“Campaign”) is a promotion program introduced and conducted through the collaboration between Aspire and BCorpsec Limited (“BCorpsec”) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. 

    • The Eligible Customer, after purchasing the services from both BCorpsec and Aspire and entering into this Campaign, shall receive the Cashback, provided that all requirements and conditions as set out below have been fully met.

    • To clarify, this Campaign operates separately from Aspire’s other standard features and benefits available to users, including the Aspire cashback cards promoted on Aspire’s website from time to time and participation in this Campaign will not affect the ability to apply for or receive other benefits.


  2.  Campaign period
    • The Campaign period takes effect from 22 September 2025 to 31 December 2025, unless otherwise adjusted or terminated in accordance with the Terms and Conditions in writing and mutually agreed between Aspire and BCorpsec.

  3. Eligible Customers
    • Eligible customer (“Eligible Customer”) to be able to take part in to this Campaign shall be a Hong Kong company that meets the below requirements:

      • The company, other than the kind of sole proprietorship, has been successfully incorporated through the service provision of BCorpsec. For the purpose of clarification, the company shall successfully obtain a valid Certificate of Incorporation and/or Business Registration Certificate.
      • The company has never used the service of Aspire and is the new customer of Aspire starting from the participation in this Campaign.

  4. Campaign Scheme

    4.1. Campaign conditions

    The Eligible Customer, by entering into the Campaign, shall meet the below conditions during the Campaign period:

    • Register the platform’s account with Aspire using the unique link address https://aspireapp.com/partnership/referral?partnerUtm=bbcincorp&utm_campaign=bbcincorp (“Link”) provided by BCorpsec during the campaign promotion.
    • Using the Campaign’s promotion product, which is to successfully onboarding and opening the Business Account with Aspire. More details of the Business Account opening can be found in Aspire’s website (LINK).
    • After successfully opening the Business Account, make a minimum top-up of US$1,000 (“Top-up amount”) to the Business Account within the first thirty (30) days of the Business Account opening date. After the day of making a deposit of the Top-up amount (“Deposit date”), the Eligible Customer shall maintain this Top-up amount in the Business Account for a period of 30 immediate consecutive days  starting from the Deposit date (“Maintaining period”). For the purpose of clarification, the Maintaining period can extend beyond the Campaign period.

    4.2. Cashback

      • Once the Eligible Customer has successfully met the conditions specified in section 4.1, the Cashback will be transferred directly into the Eligible Customer’s Business Account within fourteen (14) immediate consecutive days following the end of the Maintaining period.

  5. General Provisions

    5.1. During the Maintaining Period, Aspire reserves the right to periodically monitor the Eligible Customer's Business Account to confirm that the Top-up Amount is maintained. Should Aspire detect a deduction below the US$1,000 threshold, the following actions will be taken:

    • Aspire will determine if the circumstance qualifies as an Exception, as defined in Section 5.2. If it does, the Eligible Customer will be notified and required to promptly restore the deposit to the minimum balance to remain in the Campaign.
    • If the circumstance does not meet the criteria for an Exception, Aspire will issue an official notification to the Eligible Customer, confirming their immediate disqualification from the Campaign.

    5.2. A deduction below the US$1,000 minimum is considered an Exception only if it meets the following criteria:

    • The deduction is directly related to legitimate business operations, such as purchases and expenditures.

    • The Eligible Customer rectifies the balance by restoring it to the US$1,000 minimum within seven (07) days of being notified by Aspire.

    Failure to satisfy both criteria will result in the immediate disqualification of the Eligible Customer upon official notification from Aspire.

    5.3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Aspire reserves the absolute right to disqualify any Eligible Customer who, at Aspire's sole discretion, is found to have engaged in misuse or fraudulent activity to obtain the Cashback, regardless of whether they have met the other Campaign conditions outlined in Section 4.2.

    5.4. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Customer consents to receive notifications and information via the communication channels provided to Aspire and/or BCorpsec. In exchange, Eligible Customers can contact the below contact should there be any inquiries and concerns to Aspire in relation to the Campaign and/or the Terms and Conditions.


    5.5. the Eligible Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Aspire and BCorpsec, including their affiliates, directors, staff, and representatives, harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, judgments, damages, losses, or costs incurred in connection with their participation in this Campaign or the receipt and use of the Cashback.

    5.6. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Campaign shall first be resolved through cooperative efforts between Aspire and the Eligible Customer. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached within 90 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

    5.7. Any matters not expressly addressed in this Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the broader agreements and any other applicable policies or agreements published on Aspire’s website from time to time.

    5.8. The Terms and Conditions become effective on September 22, 2025, and will remain in effect unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by Aspire and BCorpsec or as required by competent authorities.
