Terms and Conditions Overview
1. The “Aspire Hong Kong HK$888 Sign Up Reward (May-June 2026)” offer (“Promotion”) commences on 6 May 2026 and ends on 30 June 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. To qualify for this Promotion, new Aspire customers must meet all of the following criteria (such as new Aspire customers, “Eligible Customers”):
- Must not have an existing account with AFT HK Limited;
- Are incorporated in Hong Kong with a valid Hong Kong business registration certification;
- The Director of the new Aspire customer must not be a Director of an existing Aspire account.
- Successfully open an Aspire account with AFT HK Limited (the “Aspire Account”) during the Promotion Period using the promotion code “HK0FEE”;
- After completion of documentation submission and verification, fund the Aspire Account with a minimum of HK$800 within 15 days.
3. For each Eligible Customer, the Promotion will apply automatically. No further registration or opt-ins is required.
4. No new Aspire customer may qualify for the Promotion after the Promotion Period.
Promotion Mechanics
5. Upon becoming an Eligible Customer, HK$888 (the “Reward”) will be credited to the Eligible Customer’s Aspire Account within 30 days from the end of the Promotion Period, or no later than 31 July 2026.
6. To receive the Reward, the Eligible Customer’s Aspire Account must remain active and in good standing at the time of crediting.
7. If the Reward is not received by 31 July 2026, Eligible Customers are advised to contact support@aspireapp.com for assistance.
General
8. This Promotion is exclusive and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, incentives or partnership offers.
9. Aspire may, at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion, terminate, shorten or withdraw the Promotion and/or amend any of these Promotion Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to varying the promotional mechanics under this Promotion) without prior notice or reason, and all Eligible Customers shall be bound by such amendments.
10. Aspire reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to determine all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including whether a new Aspire customer qualifies for this Promotion, and Aspire’s decision shall be final and no appeal will be entertained.
11. Aspire reserves the right to ban or exclude an Eligible Customer from this Promotion if any fraudulent or suspicious activities are detected.
12. In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to this Promotion, these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
13. These Promotion Terms and Conditions are to be read together with the Master Services Agreement, the relevant Product Schedule(s), Aspire’s Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between the Promotion Terms and Conditions and the other terms mentioned, the Promotion Terms and Conditions will prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency.
14. These Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and each participant in this Promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

推廣條款及細則
條款及細則概覽
1. 「Aspire 香港 HK$888 開戶獎賞（2026年5月至6月）」 優惠（「推廣活動」）將於2026年5月6日開始，並於2026年6月30日結束，首尾兩日均包括在內（「推廣期」）。
2. 如欲符合本推廣活動之資格，Aspire 新客戶須符合以下所有條件（符合資格之新客戶，下稱「合資格客戶」）：
- 不得擁有 AFT HK Limited 的現有帳戶；
- 須在香港註冊成立，並持有有效的香港商業登記證；
- 新 Aspire 客戶董事不得為現有 Aspire 帳戶之董事；
- 於推廣期內使用推廣碼 「HK0FEE」，成功在 AFT HK Limited 開立 Aspire 帳戶（「Aspire 帳戶」）；
- 完成文件提交及核實後，須於15天內向 Aspire 帳戶最少入 HK$800。
3. 符合資格之客戶將自動獲得本推廣活動之獎賞，毋須另行登記或選擇參與。
4. 推廣期結束後，新 Aspire 客戶將不再符合本推廣活動之資格。
推廣活動細則
5. 成為合資格客戶後，HK$888（「獎賞」）將於推廣期結束後30天內，或2026年7月31日前，存入合資格客戶之 Aspire 帳戶。
6. 如欲領取獎賞，合資格客戶之 Aspire 帳戶於存入獎賞時, 須維持有效及狀態良好。
7. 若合資格客戶未能於2026年7月31日前收到獎賞，請聯絡 support@aspireapp.com 尋求協助。
一般條款
8. 本次推廣活動屬獨家優惠，不得與任何其他推廣活動、獎勵計劃或合作夥伴優惠同時使用。
9. Aspire 可隨時依據其獨有及絕對酌情權，在不作預先通知或說明理由的情況下，終止、縮短或撤銷本推廣活動，及 / 或修改本推廣活動之任何條款及細則（包括但不限於更改本推廣活動之推廣細則），所有合資格客戶須受上述修訂約束。
10. Aspire 保留依據其獨有及絕對酌情權，就本推廣活動所產生或與之相關的一切事宜作出最終決定之權利，包括判斷新 Aspire 客戶是否符合本推廣活動之資格，而 Aspire 之決定為最終決定，不得提出上訴。
11. 若發現任何欺詐或可疑活動，Aspire 保留禁止或取消合資格客戶參與本推廣活動之權利。
12. 如本推廣活動條款及細則與任何有關本推廣活動之市場推廣或宣傳資料之間存在任何不一致之處，概以本推廣活動條款及細則為準。
13. 本推廣活動條款及細則須與主服務協議、相關產品附表、Aspire 私隱政策及可接受使用政策一併閱讀。如本推廣活動條款及細則與上述其他條款之間存在任何不一致之處，概以本推廣活動條款及細則為準，惟以不一致之範圍為限。
14. 本推廣活動條款及細則受香港法律管轄，每位參與本推廣活動之人士均不可撤銷地接受香港法院之非專屬司法管轄權。
