1. Overview

1. This offer is only valid for Sleek existing clients*(Client), who signed up to Aspire between 12 January and 31 December 2026. (Promotion period).
2. Client is eligible for a S$250 cashback upon minimum deposit, and 20% cashback when the Client fulfills the conditions of the offer, detailed below.
3. This promotion is valid only for new Aspire users referred by Sleek. 

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the promotional reward, you must:

1. Sign up for an Aspire account using Sleek referral link, provided directly by Sleek team.

2. Client must sign up using the unique referral link provided directly by Sleek.

3. Ensure you are a new user and not already holding or previously held an Aspire account. Existing or former Aspire account holders are not eligible for this promotion.
4. Each reward is limited to one-time redemption per company per user

3. $250 cashback terms

To be eligible for this campaign, Client must:

1. Deposit a minimum of S$1,000 into their new Aspire account within 30 days of account activation
2. The deposited amount must be maintained for at least 30 consecutive days
3. The cashback is limited to one-time redemption per company per user

4. 20% cashback terms

To be eligible for this campaign, Client must: 

1. Pay your Sleek renewal within 3 months of Aspire account opening, using Aspire corporate card to earn the cashback. Cashback is capped at S$500.
2. The company must be incorporated for more than 10 months at the of time Aspire account sign-up to qualify for the Sleek renewal cashback.
3. Cashback is limited to one-time redemption per company per user.

5. Payout schedule

1. The S$250 cash rebate will be credited to Client's Aspire account in the following month, after 30 consecutive days of the deposit-holding period.
2. The 20% cashback will be credited to Client's Aspire account within 30 working days after the successful payment to Sleek.

6. Legal terms

1. Aspire reserves the right to deduct, withdraw or cancel any cashback awarded to you (including by deducting the cashback from your Aspire account) without liability in the event the cashback was credited to your Aspire account erroneously, or if it was later found that any of the eligibility criteria had not been satisfied. You will not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever in respect of such deduction, withdrawal or cancellation.
2. Offer is not stackable with other Aspire or Sleek promotions unless stated otherwise.
3. Aspire’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
4. Aspire will not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the posting of any sales transaction that may result in the customer failing to qualify for the promotion.
5. Aspire may vary these Terms and Conditions or suspend or terminate the Promotion without any notice or liability to any party.
6. All members consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to Aspire and such other third party as Aspire may reasonably consider necessary for the purpose of the Promotion, and confirm that they agree to be bound by the terms of the Aspire Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found on https://aspireapp.com/privacy-policy.
