Terms and Conditions

The “Aspire AI Spend Cashback Promotion (14 August – 16 October 2026)” (the “Promotion”) is valid from 14 August 2026 to 16 October 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

The Promotion is open only to selected customers of Aspire FT Pte. Ltd. (“Aspire”) who: (a) are incorporated in Singapore; (b) hold an Aspire Account that is open and in good standing throughout the Promotion Period; and (c) have received a notification from Aspire confirming that they have been selected for the Promotion (each an “Eligible Customer”, and “you” and “your” are to be construed accordingly). Aspire will determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, which customers are Eligible Customers, the Qualifying Spend criteria and the corresponding Cashback amount due to each Eligible Customer, as set out in section 3 (Promotion Mechanics) below.

The Promotion will automatically apply to all Eligible Customers; no registration is required.

Definitions

“Aspire Account” means the business account held by an Eligible Customer with Aspire;

“Aspire Card” means an Aspire SGD Card or an Aspire USD Card issued to an Eligible Customer;

“Aspire SGD Card” means an Aspire debit card that is linked to an Aspire Account that is denominated in SGD;

“Aspire USD Card” means an Aspire debit card that is linked to an Aspire Account that is denominated in USD;

“Cashback” means the cashback payable to an Eligible Customer under this Promotion as set out in Section 3;

“Eligible Customer” has the meaning given in section 1;

“Qualifying Spend” has the meaning given in section 2; and

“Standard Cashback Programme” means the Aspire SG Cashback Program, and any other standing (that is, non-promotional) cashback, rebate or rewards programme operated by Aspire from time to time, in each case together with the terms and conditions applicable to it.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for the Promotion, and to remain eligible, your Aspire Account and your Aspire Card must be open and in good standing at all times during the Promotion Period and up to and including the date on which the relevant Cashback is credited. If your Aspire Account is not in good standing for any reason, or Aspire determines in its sole and absolute discretion that you are abusing or misusing the Promotion, or that you have otherwise breached the Master Services Agreement, any Product Schedule, or any other term, agreement or policy of Aspire, you will cease to be eligible for the Promotion. Aspire may restrict, limit, revoke, withhold, forfeit or clawback Cashback in its sole and absolute discretion.

Subject to these Promotion Terms and Conditions, you will accrue Cashback when you make a Qualifying Spend during the Promotion Period on an Aspire SGD Card or an Aspire USD Card.

Cashback under this Promotion may only be available in connection with Aspire Card purchases and not any other product or service offered by Aspire.

“Qualifying Spend” means the aggregate value of all transactions that: (a) are made on an Aspire SGD Card or an Aspire USD Card issued to you; (b) are authorised and settled during the Promotion Period; and (c) are identified by Aspire, by reference to the merchant name, merchant identifier and/or merchant category code supplied to Aspire by the merchant or the relevant card scheme, as having been made with one of the merchants listed in section 2 below.

The following do not constitute Qualifying Spend: (a) transactions that are declined, cancelled, reversed, refunded or charged back, in whole or in part; (b) transactions that have not settled by the end of the Promotion Period; (c) cash withdrawals, transfers, account top-ups, fees, charges and interest; and (d) transactions that Aspire reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, abusive, or made otherwise than in the ordinary course of your business.

Aspire identifies merchants using the transaction data supplied to it by the merchant and the relevant card scheme. Aspire may, in its sole and absolute discretion, add merchants to or remove merchants from the list above at any time during the Promotion Period. Where the transaction data available to Aspire does not identify a transaction as having been made with a listed merchant, that transaction will not constitute Qualifying Spend, and Aspire's determination in this regard is final.

Promotion Mechanics

You will receive Cashback equal to 10% of your total Qualifying Spend during the Promotion Period, up to a maximum of SGD 250 in aggregate across the Promotion Period. This cap applies per Eligible Customer and across all Aspire Cards held by each Eligible Customer; it is not a cap per Aspire Card, per transaction or per calendar month.

Cashback will be credited in SGD for Qualifying Spend made on your Aspire SGD card, and in USD for Qualifying Spend made on your Aspire USD card. For the purpose of determining whether the SGD 250 aggregate cap has been reached, any Cashback credited in USD will be converted to its SGD equivalent based on the prevailing exchange rate on the date the relevant Cashback is credited.

All Cashback under this Promotion will be credited to your Aspire Account by the 6th business day of the month following the calendar month in which the Qualifying Spend was made, subject always to the aggregate SGD 250 cap across the Promotion Period.

For any transaction that does not qualify as a Qualifying Spend but for which you have already received Cashback, or if we otherwise awarded you Cashback in error, we may clawback or offset such Cashback against your remaining or future accrued Cashback.

Relationship with other cashback or rewards programme

These Promotion Terms and Conditions supersede the Standard Cashback Programme and any other Aspire cashback, rebate, rewards or promotional terms in respect of Qualifying Spend. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and Conditions and any such other terms in relation to Qualifying Spend, these Promotion Terms and Conditions prevail.

No double rewards. Qualifying Spend earns Cashback under this Promotion only. The same transaction will not earn, and may not be used to claim, any cashback, rebate, reward, points or other benefit under the Standard Cashback Programme or under any other Aspire promotion, offer or programme. Cashback payable under this Promotion is paid in lieu of, and not in addition to, any cashback that would otherwise have been earned on that Qualifying Spend.

No accrual towards other programmes. Qualifying Spend will not accrue towards, and will not be counted for the purposes of, any spend threshold, tier, minimum spend requirement, cap or other qualifying criterion under the Standard Cashback Programme or under any other Aspire promotion, offer or programme.

For the avoidance of doubt, the total cashback payable to you in respect of any Qualifying Spend during the Promotion Period will not exceed 10% of that Qualifying Spend, and will not exceed SGD 250 in aggregate across the Promotion Period.

Where a transaction would, but for this section 4, qualify for cashback or any other benefit under more than one Aspire promotion, offer or programme running during the Promotion Period, Aspire will determine in its sole and absolute discretion which single promotion, offer or programme applies to that transaction. The same transaction may not be counted under, or used to claim a benefit under, more than one.

If cashback has been credited to you under the Standard Cashback Programme, or under any other Aspire promotion, offer or programme, in respect of a transaction that also constitutes Qualifying Spend, Aspire may reverse, withhold, offset or clawback that cashback so that you receive cashback in respect of that transaction under this Promotion only.

Clawback, reversal and account status

Cashback awarded under this Promotion may be reversed or clawed back if any Qualifying Spend is subsequently cancelled, suspended, frozen, or refunded, in whole or in part, consistent with the Aspire SG Cashback Program Terms and Conditions.

If your Aspire Account is closed, suspended, or ceases to be in good standing at any time prior to the Cashback crediting date referred to above, you will not be entitled to receive any Cashback under this Promotion.

General

Aspire may, at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion, terminate, shorten or withdraw the Promotion and/or amend any of these Promotion Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to varying the promotional mechanics under this Promotion) without prior notice or reason, and all participants shall be bound by such amendments.

Aspire reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to determine all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including whether a customer qualifies for the Cashback, and Aspire's decision shall be final and no appeal will be entertained.

Aspire reserves the right to ban or exclude a customer from this Promotion if any fraudulent or suspicious activities are detected.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to this Promotion, these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

These Promotion Terms and Conditions are to be read together with the Master Services Agreement, the relevant Product Schedule(s), Aspire's Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between the Promotion Terms and Conditions and the other terms mentioned, the Promotion Terms and Conditions will prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency.

Save for any member of the Aspire Group, any person who is not a party to these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

These Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each participant in this Promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
