Aspire Singapore 12.12. S$200 Referral Reward Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

1. This offer is only valid for Aspire users**(Referrer), who refer businesses to Aspire (Referred Business)** between 9 December 2024 and 15 December 2024 (Promotion period).
2. Both Referrer and the Referred Business are eligible to be rewarded with S$200 each, when the Referred Business fulfills the conditions of the referral offer, detailed below.
3. Referrer and Referred Business Director name cannot be the same.
4. Referred Business must not be a Sole Proprietorship.

2. If You’re A Referrer

Here’s what you need to do to be eligible for the promotion payout:

1. You must refer a business to Aspire between 9 December 2024 and 15 December 2024.
2. The Referred Business should not already be registered on Aspire before the start of the promotion period
3. Encourage the Referred Business to fulfil the promo conditions, so you get your referral reward.

3. If You’re A Referred Business

Here’s what you need to do to be eligible for the promotion payout:

1. Sign up with Aspire using your friend's unique referral code between 9 December 2024 and 15 December 2024.
2. Finish the verification procedure and activate your Aspire business account by 31 December 2024.
3. Make a minimum total spend of S$50 using the Aspire Card at qualified merchants by 31 December 2024.

List of Qualified Merchants

 In order to receive the reward, we advise users to purchase these apps and services from the individual websites/apps directly, instead of via the Play Store, App Store, other deals websites

e.g.. Purchase Microsoft 365 subscription from Microsoft, and not via Amazon.

5. Reward Payout Schedule

1. Get your S$200 referral bonus* when your Referred Business spends at least S$50 on their Aspire Corporate Card by 31 December 2024.

• The first $50 bonus will be paid out automatically to both parties upon successful account activation of the referred business.
• The remaining S$150/referral will be credited into the Referrer and Referred Business' Aspire account by 31 January 2025, only if referred business spends at least S$50 on qualified merchants (list below) by 31 December 2024.
• The first $50 payment should reflect in your respective Aspire accounts about within 3 business days of referred business' account activation. If you do not receive the remaining $150 by 31 January 2025, please reach  out to support@aspireapp.com and we'll help you sort out the issue. 

6. What’s Unacceptable

• We like to keep our terms & conditions simple so that everyone can understand. In doing so, we trust that users will not misuse the offer. We do, however, continue to monitor misuse. Some examples of misuse could include:
  • Creating multiple accounts to make multiple offers available. Not cool. 🤦🏻‍♂️
  • Creating multiple accounts to re-avail the same offer twice. Not done.🙈
  • Asking our support staff to consider the following spends as eligible for the offer: Top-ups or payment of funds to payment service providers, prepaid accounts and any prepaid accounts (e.g. EZ-Link, GrabPay, NETS FlashPay, Transit Link, Revolut, Singtel Dash, Wise). This won’t work. You can’t pay into your own account, and claim cash back on the same. 😂
  • Making a spend, getting the cash back, then filing for a refund on the spend. Nice try! But this won’t work either. 😁
• The above list is by no means comprehensive. But you get the hint. In general, be nice and respect the spirit of the offer. This will help make the offer a win-win and help you make the most of Aspire too.

7. Legal Stuff

We have to put this in here, otherwise, our legal team will take offense. They’re scary 👹. We obey.

1. Aspire reserves the right to deduct, withdraw or cancel any cashback awarded to you (including by deducting the cashback from your Aspire account) without liability in the event the cashback was credited to your Aspire account erroneously, or if it was later found that any of the eligibility criteria had not been satisfied. You will not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever in respect of such deduction, withdrawal or cancellation.
2. Aspire’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
3. Aspire will not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the posting of any sales transaction that may result in the customer failing to qualify for the promotion.
4. Aspire may vary these Terms and Conditions or suspend or terminate the Promotion without any notice or liability to any party.
5. All Cardmembers consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to Aspire and such other third party as Aspire may reasonably consider necessary for the purpose of the Promotion, and confirm that they agree to be bound by the terms of the Aspire Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found on https://aspireapp.com/privacy-policy.
