Aspire Hong Kong 8% Cashback on Card Spend Reward Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

  1. This offer is only valid for Aspire new users, who sign up for an Aspire Business Account between 17 January 2025 and 28 February 2025, both dates inclusive (Promotion period).
  2. New Aspire users are eligible to be rewarded 8% cashback with a maximum of HKD 504 per month for the first 3 months (HKD 1,512 in total) when the new user fulfills the conditions of the offer, detailed below.
  3. New Aspire users cannot own another existing Aspire Business Account.
  4. The nature of business must not be a Sole Proprietorship. 

2. Promotion Period

Here’s what you need to do to be eligible for the promotion payout:

  1. You must sign up for an Aspire Hong Kong Business Account using the referral code "CASHBACK8" between 17 January 2025 and 28 February 2025, both dates inclusive.
  2. The business entity should not already be registered on Aspire before the start of the promotion period
  3. Finish the verification procedure and successfully open your Aspire business account by 31 March 2025 
  4. New Aspire users are eligible to be rewarded 8% cashback on all HKD spending within the first 3 months from the day of the account verification date, up to a max spend of HKD 18,888. Thereafter, the card will default back 1% uncapped cashback on eligible Online marketing and SaaS spending. The list of qualified merchants* for the default 1% cashback is as follows:

 In order to receive the reward, we advise users to purchase these apps and services from the individual websites/apps directly, instead of via the Play Store, App Store, other deals websites

e.g.. Purchase Microsoft 365 subscription from Microsoft, and not via Amazon.

 

3. Reward Payout Schedule

  • The cashback bonus will be paid out automatically into the user's Aspire account on the first week of the next month.
  • Reach out to support@aspireapp.com if you have not received the cashback amounts.

 

4. What’s Unacceptable

  • We like to keep our terms & conditions simple so that everyone can understand. In doing so, we trust that users will not misuse the offer. We do, however, continue to monitor misuse. Some examples of misuse could include:
    • Creating multiple accounts to make multiple offers available. Not cool. 🤦🏻‍♂️
    • Creating multiple accounts to re-avail the same offer twice. Not done.🙈
    • Asking our support staff to consider the following spends as eligible for the offer: Top-ups or payment of funds to payment service providers, prepaid accounts and any prepaid accounts (e.g. Octopus Wallet, AlipayHK, Tap & Go, HSBC PayMe). This won’t work. You can’t pay into your own account, and claim cash back on the same. 😂
    • Making a spend, getting the cash back, then filing for a refund on the spend. Nice try! But this won’t work either. 😁
  • The above list is by no means comprehensive. But you get the hint. In general, be nice and respect the spirit of the offer. This will help make the offer a win-win and help you make the most of Aspire too.

5. Legal Stuff

We have to put this in here, otherwise, our legal team will take offense. They’re scary 👹. We obey.

  1. Aspire reserves the right to deduct, withdraw or cancel any cashback awarded to you (including by deducting the cashback from your Aspire account) without liability in the event the cashback was credited to your Aspire account erroneously, or if it was later found that any of the eligibility criteria had not been satisfied. You will not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever in respect of such deduction, withdrawal or cancellation.
  2. Aspire’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
  3. Aspire will not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the posting of any sales transaction that may result in the customer failing to qualify for the promotion.
  4. Aspire may vary these Terms and Conditions or suspend or terminate the Promotion without any notice or liability to any party.
  5. All Cardmembers consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to Aspire and such other third party as Aspire may reasonably consider necessary for the purpose of the Promotion, and confirm that they agree to be bound by the terms of the Aspire Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found on https://aspireapp.com/privacy-policy.
