Aspire Singapore $150 Referral Reward Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

  1. This offer is only valid for Aspire users**(Referrer), who refer businesses to Aspire(Referred Business)** between 20 November to 27 November 2023 (Promotion period).
  2. Both Referrer and the referred business are eligible to be rewarded with S$150 each, when the referred business fulfils the conditions of the referral offer, detailed below.

2. If You’re A Referrer

Here’s what you need to do to be eligible for the promotion payout:

  1. You must refer a business to Aspire between 20th November to 27th November 2023.
  2. The referred business should not already be registered on Aspire before the start of the promotion period
  3. Encourage the referred business to fulfil the promo conditions, so you get your referral reward.

3. If You’re A Referred Business

Here’s what you need to do to be eligible for the promotion payout:

  1. Signup to Aspire using the referral code between 20 November to 27 November 2023 (Fulfilment period).
  2. Finish the verification procedure and activate your Aspire business account by 31 December 2023.
  3. Make a total, aggregate spend of S$5 at qualified merchants by 31 December 2023.

 In order to receive the reward, we advise users to purchase these apps and services from the individual websites/apps directly, instead of via the Play Store, App Store, other deals websites

e.g.. Purchase Microsoft 365 subscription from Microsoft, and not via Amazon.



5. Reward Payout Schedule

  1. Get your $150 referral bonus* when your referee makes their first card transaction.

    *(a) For referees who complete the first card transaction by 27 November, the full $150 bonus will be paid out automatically into the referrer and referee's Aspire's account.
    (b) Referees who complete the first card transaction after 27 November and on/before 31st December, the first $50 bonus will be paid out automatically, and remaining $100/referral will be credited into the referrer and referee's Aspire's account by 12 Jan 2024.

    Both these payments should reflect in your respective Aspire accounts about within 3 business days of the conditions being fulfilled. If they don’t, do reach out to and we’ll help you sort out the issue.

6. What’s Unacceptable

  • We like to keep our terms & conditions simple, so everyone can understand. In doing so, we trust that users will not misuse the offer. We do, however, continue to monitor misuse. Some examples of misuse could include:
    • Creating multiple accounts to avail multiple offers. Not cool. 🤦🏻‍♂️
    • Creating multiple accounts to re-avail the same offer twice. Not done.🙈
    • Asking our support staff to consider the following spends as eligible for the offer: Top-ups or payment of funds to payment service providers, prepaid accounts and any prepaid accounts (e.g. EZ-Link, GrabPay, NETS FlashPay, Transit Link, Revolut, Singtel Dash, Wise). This won’t work. You can’t pay into your own account, and claim cash back on the same. 😂
    • Making a spend, getting the cash back, then filing for a refund on the spend. Nice try! But this won’t work either. 😁
  • The above list is by no means comprehensive. But you get the hint. In general, be nice and respect the spirit of the offer. This’ll help make the offer a win-win. And help you make the most of Aspire too.

7. Legal Stuff

We have to put this in here, otherwise our legal team takes offence. They’re scary 👹. We obey.

  1. Aspire reserves the right to deduct, withdraw or cancel any cashback awarded to you (including by deducting the cashback from your Aspire account) without liability in the event the cashback was credited to your Aspire account erroneously, or if it was later found that any of the eligibility criteria had not been satisfied. You will not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever in respect of such deduction, withdrawal or cancellation.
  2. Aspire’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
  3. Aspire will not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the posting of any sales transaction which may result in the customer failing to qualify for the promotion.
  4. Aspire may vary these Terms and Conditions or suspend or terminate the Promotion without any notice or liability to any party.
  5. All Cardmembers consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to Aspire and such other third party as Aspire may reasonably consider necessary for the purpose of the Promotion, and confirm that they agree to be bound by the terms of the Aspire Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found on
