# Osome x Aspire: Topup & Earn Terms & Conditions

 **Terms & conditions**

1. This promotion (the "**Promotion**") is offered by Aspire FT Pte. Ltd. ("**Aspire**") on the terms and conditions set out here (these "**Promotion Terms and Conditions**"). The Promotion is available only to new-to-Aspire clients referred by an Aspire partner through an approved referral channel, **and who enter the promo code Osomesupersgupon registering for their Aspire account. Accounts registered without the promo code will not be eligible for the Promotion.** Existing Aspire clients and entities that have previously registered for or held an Aspire account are not eligible. A client who meets all of the eligibility criteria in these Promotion Terms and Conditions is an "**Eligible Customer**".
2. To qualify, the Eligible Customer must deposit the qualified amount (as stipulated in the table below) within 30 calendar days from the date their Aspire account is verified, and maintain the average balance of such qualified amount for at least 30 calendar days.
3. The Promotion is only applicable to entities **incorporated in Singapore**.
4. The Promotion is valid for eligible clients who register for an Aspire account from 1st Oct 2026 to 31st Dec 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the "Promotion Period"). Accounts registered after 31st Dec 2026 will not be eligible for the Promotion.
5. Each Eligible Customer is eligible for one reward only, based on the highest qualifying top-up threshold achieved as an average during the 30 calendar days starting from the date of the first deposit to such Eligible Customer’s Aspire account.
6. The Promotion cannot be combined or used together with any other Aspire promotion, campaign, incentive, or offer.
7. The reward will be credited to the Eligible Customer's Aspire account within 30 calendar days after all eligibility criteria have been fulfilled.
8. Eligibility and the applicable reward will be determined solely based on Aspire's records.

 **Reward Tiers**

The reward scales with the first top up:

*Paid in USD or the SGD equivalent, on the client's first qualifying top up.* In the event the reward is paid in the SGD equivalent, it shall be based on the prevailing exchange rate available on the Aspire Platform on the crediting date.

 

**General**

1. Aspire may, at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion, terminate, shorten or withdraw the Promotion and/or amend any of these Promotion Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to varying the promotional mechanics under this Promotion) without prior notice or reason, and all Eligible Customers who are enrolled in this Promotion shall be bound by such amendments.
2. Aspire reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to determine all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including whether an Eligible Customer qualifies for the reward, and Aspire’s decision shall be final and no appeal will be entertained.
3. Aspire reserves the right to ban or exclude an Eligible Customer from this Promotion if any fraudulent or suspicious activities are detected.
4. In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to this Promotion, these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
5. These Promotion Terms and Conditions are supplemental to and form part of, and are to be read together with, the Master Services Agreement, the relevant Product Schedule(s), Aspire’s Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and Conditions and the other terms mentioned, these Promotion Terms and Conditions will prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency.
6. Save for any member of the Aspire Group, any person who is not a party to these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
7. These Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and each Eligible Customer qualified for this Promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

### **Legal terms**

1. Aspire reserves the right to deduct, withdraw or cancel any reward awarded to you (including by deducting the reward from your Aspire account) without liability in the event the reward was credited to your Aspire account erroneously, or if it was later found that any of the eligibility criteria had not been satisfied. You will not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever in respect of such deduction, withdrawal or cancellation.
2. Aspire will not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the posting of any top up or other transaction that may result in the Eligible Customer failing to qualify for the reward.
3. Each Eligible Customer participating in the Promotion consents under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to Aspire and such other third party as Aspire may reasonably consider necessary for the purpose of the Promotion, and confirms that it agrees to be bound by the terms of the Aspire Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found on[https://aspireapp.com/privacy-policy](https://aspireapp.com/privacy-policy).
