Aspire Singapore February S$150 Referral Reward Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

  • This offer is only valid for Aspire users*(Referrer), who refer businesses to Aspire (Referred Business)** between 10 February 2025 and 16 February 2025, both dates inclusive (Promotion period).
  • The campaign is open only to existing Aspire Singapore customers and businesses incorporated in Singapore with a valid Singapore business registration certificate.
  • Both the Referrer and the Referred Business are entitled to receive a referral reward of S$150 each upon meeting the campaign requirements outlined below. 
  • The Referrer and the Director of the Referred Business must not be the same individual.
  • Referred Businesses operating as sole proprietorships are not eligible for this campaign.

2. For Referrers

To qualify for the referral reward, Referrers must:

  • Refer a business to Aspire within the promotion period (10 February 2025 to 16 February 2025).
  • Ensure that the Referred Business has not registered with Aspire prior to the start of the promotion period.
  • Encourage the Referred Business to meet all promotional conditions.

3. For Referred Businesses

Referred Businesses must complete the following steps to qualify for the referral reward:

  • Register with Aspire using the Referrer’s unique referral code during the promotion period (10 February 2025 to 16 February 2025).
  • Complete the verification process and successfully open an Aspire business account by 7 March 2025.
  • Make a minimum total spend of S$50 using the Aspire Card at qualified merchants by 7 March 2025.

To ensure eligibility for the reward, purchases should be made directly from the official websites or applications of these merchants, rather than through third-party platforms such as the Play Store, App Store, or deal websites.
Example: Purchase a Microsoft 365 subscription directly from Microsoft instead of through Amazon.

 

4. Reward Payout Schedule

  • Both the Referrer and the Referred Business will receive an initial payout of S$50 upon the successful opening of the Aspire business account by the Referred Business.
  • The remaining S$100 will be credited to both parties’ Aspire accounts by 31 March 2025, provided the Referred Business completes the required spend of S$50 at qualified merchants by 7 March 2025.
  • The initial S$50 reward will be reflected in the respective Aspire accounts within one month following the Referred Business’s successful account opening. If the remaining S$100 is not received by 31 March 2025, participants are advised to contact support@aspireapp.com for assistance.

5. Prohibited Activities 

While Aspire aims to keep the referral campaign straightforward, we monitor for any misuse or fraudulent activity. Examples of prohibited activities include:

  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit the offer multiple times.
  • Attempting to avail the offer more than once by registering multiple accounts.
  • Requesting that ineligible transactions, such as top-ups or payments to payment service providers, prepaid accounts, or any e-wallets (e.g., Octopus Wallet, AlipayHK, Tap & Go, HSBC PayMe), be considered for the referral reward.
  • Spending to receive the reward and subsequently seeking a refund on the transaction.

    This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. Aspire reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not adhere to the spirit of the campaign.
