Terms and Conditions

1. The “Aspire Singapore 10% Cashback Promotion (February–March 2026)” (“Promotion”) commences on 5 February 2026 and ends on 31 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2. To qualify for this Promotion, new Aspire customers must meet all of the following criteria (such new Aspire customers, “Eligible Customers”):

1. Are incorporated in Singapore;

2. Successfully open a new Aspire account during the Promotion Period; and

3. For each Eligible Customer, the Promotion will apply automatically for a period of 30 days starting on the date of the new customer’s first eligible card transaction (“Cashback Period”), provided that the first eligible card transaction was made within fifteen (15) days of the date the new customer’s account is verified. No further registration or opt-in is required.

4. No new customers may qualify for the Promotion after the Promotion Period. 

Promotion Mechanics

5. Cashback is applicable to payments made using Aspire SGD and USD debit cards, including both physical and virtual cards (each an “Eligible Card”).

6. Eligible Customers will receive 10% cashback on eligible card transactions (defined in Clause 8) during the Cashback Period.

7. The maximum cashback per Eligible Customer during the promotional entitlement period is capped at SGD 100 (“Maximum Cashback”).

8. Eligible transactions include all card payments made using any Eligible Cards. The following transactions are excluded and will not qualify for cashback:

1. Cash withdrawals;
2. Card-to-card transfers; and
3. Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, or refunded (whether partially or fully).

9. Cashback will be credited in SGD, regardless of the transaction currency. For eligible transactions in currencies other than SGD, cashback will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of crediting.

10. Cashback earned will typically be credited in one lump sum, within the first week of the following calendar month, for completed card spend during the preceding month.

11. To receive cashback, the Eligible Customer’s Aspire account must remain active and in good standing at the time of crediting.

12. Cashback will automatically revert to Aspire’s prevailing standard cashback rate (only applicable to selected Eligible Customers) if:

1. the Maximum Cashback is reached; or
2. the end of the Cashback Period.

General

13. This Promotion is exclusive and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, incentives or partnership offers.

14.  Aspire may, at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion, terminate, shorten or withdraw the Promotion and/or amend any of these Promotion Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to varying the promotional mechanics under this Promotion) without prior notice or reason, and all Eligible Customers who participate or are participating in the Promotion shall be bound by such amendments.

15. Aspire reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to determine all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including whether a new customer qualifies for the cashback, and Aspire’s decision shall be final and no appeal will be entertained. 

16. Aspire reserves the right to ban or exclude an Eligible Customer from this Promotion if any fraudulent or suspicious activities are detected.

17. In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to this Promotion, these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

18. These Promotion Terms and Conditions are to be read together with the Master Services Agreement, the relevant Product Schedule(s), Aspire’s Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between the Promotion Terms and Conditions and the other terms mentioned, the Promotion Terms and Conditions will prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency. 

19. Save for any member of the Aspire Group, any person who is not a party to these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of the Promotion Terms and Conditions. 

20. These Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and each Eligible Customer qualified for this Promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
