Terms & Conditions

• The “Aspire Singapore 2% Cashback on Flights, Booking Sites, Transportation Spends Promotion December 2023” commences from 1 December 2023 and ends on 31 January 2024.

• The Promotion is valid for all customers who are incorporated in Singapore, who have an active Aspire account during the promotion period.

• The Promotion will be automatically activated for all eligible customers; there is no need to enter a promotional code or take any additional action to participate.

Promotion mechanics

• Eligible customers shall be entitled to receive uncapped cashback on Flights, Booking Sites, Transportation Spends.
  • 1% cashback on both foreign currency and SGD spend
  • Additional 1% cashback on foreign currency spend
• "Flights, Booking Sites, Transportation Spends" refer to transactions with the eligible merchants listed in "Table A" below.
• This promotion can be stacked with the existing 1% uncapped cashback on eligible Online Marketing and SaaS spending made with Aspire cards.
• The 1% cashback for both foreign currency and SGD spend for the current month will be credited to the client’s SGD card accounts as a lump sum, along with the existing 1% uncapped cashback on eligible Online Marketing and SaaS spends. Additionally, the extra 1% cashback on foreign currency spend will be credited separately within the first two weeks of the following calendar month.

• This promotion is exclusive and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, including new customer promotions, incentives or partnership offers.
• Aspire reserves the right at any time to amend the list of Eligible Merchants and the list of Eligible Transactions at its sole discretion, and without any prior notice or giving any reasons.
• We like to keep our terms & conditions simple, so everyone can understand. In doing so, we trust that users will not misuse the offer. We do, however, continue to monitor misuse. Some examples of misuse could include:
  • Creating multiple accounts to avail multiple offers. Not cool. 🤦🏻‍♂️
  • Creating multiple accounts to re-avail the same offer twice. Not done.🙈
  • Asking our support staff to consider the following spends as eligible for the offer: Top-ups or payment of funds to payment service providers, prepaid accounts and any prepaid accounts (e.g. Grab, Gojek, e-wallets). This won’t work. You can’t pay into your own account, and claim cash back on the same. 😂
  • Making a spend, getting the cash back, then filing for a refund on the spend. Nice try! But this won’t work either. 😁
• The above list is by no means comprehensive. But you get the hint. In general, be nice and respect the spirit of the offer. This’ll help make the offer a win-win. And help you make the most of Aspire too.

1. Aspire reserves the right to deduct, withdraw or cancel any cashback awarded to you (including by deducting the cashback from your Aspire account) without liability in the event the cashback was credited to your Aspire account erroneously, or if it was later found that any of the eligibility criteria had not been satisfied. You will not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever in respect of such deduction, withdrawal or cancellation.
2. Aspire’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
3. Aspire will not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the posting of any sales transaction which may result in the customer failing to qualify for the promotion.
4. Aspire may vary these Terms and Conditions or suspend or terminate the Promotion without any notice or liability to any party.
5. All Cardmembers consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to Aspire and such other third party as Aspire may reasonably consider necessary for the purpose of the Promotion, and confirm that they agree to be bound by the terms of the Aspire Privacy Policy.
