Terms and Conditions

• The "Aspire CNY Local Transfer Zero Fees Promotion (December 2025)" (the “Promotion”)  commences from 11 December 2025 and ends on 31 December 2025 (the "Promotion Period").
•  The Promotion is valid for selected AFT HK Ltd (“Aspire”) customers who are incorporated in Hong Kong and have an active Aspire account during the Promotion Period.
• The Promotion will automatically apply to all eligible customers; no registration is required.

Promotion Mechanics

• Eligible customers shall be entitled to send CNY transfers to China via CNAPS with zero transfer fees during the Promotion Period.
• To qualify for zero fees, transfers must be:
  • Sent from the customer's Aspire CNY account
  • Made during the Promotion Period
  • Processed through CNAPS (China's domestic payment network)
• After the Promotion Period ends, standard transfer fees of 0.1% via CNAPS will apply.
• Standard transaction limits apply: up to CNY 350,000 per transaction.

General

• Aspire may, at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion, terminate, shorten or withdraw the Promotion and/or amend any of these Promotion Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to varying the promotional mechanics under this Promotion) without prior notice or reason, and all participants shall be bound by such amendments.
• Aspire reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to determine all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including whether a customer qualifies for the fee waiver, and Aspire’s decision shall be final and no appeal will be entertained.
• Aspire reserves the right to ban or exclude a customer from this Promotion if any fraudulent activities are detected.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to this Promotion, these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
• These Promotion Terms and Conditions are to be read together with the Master Services Agreement, the relevant Product Schedule(s), Aspire’s Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between the Promotion Terms and Conditions and the other terms mentioned, the Promotion Terms and Conditions will prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency.
• These Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and each participant in this Promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
